accordance with the standards and procedures established by the Securities and Investment Institute,

Kingdom with years of core banking operations experience with United Bank for Africa Plc.
He was a
United Nations
Climate Change Ambassador and Nigeria Field Coordinator with Sustainable Market Foundation-350.org
(New York). He has
represented Nigeria at various United Nations (UNFCCC) meetings on sustainable development. He was
accredited as a
delegate for Climate Change Talks in Bonn Germany in 2009, COP15 Mexico 2010, COP17 South Africa 2011,
Australian Youth
Climate Coalition Power Shift summit in Brisbane and Perth, Australia 2011 and 3rd Earth Charter
International – Costa

Ademola Akinyemi was selected by the World Bank Group to participate in the Financing for Development
Specialist Course
where he was trained about the main sources and trends in development finance and the need for
innovative solutions to
generate the resources required to implement the new global development agenda.
He has a strong passion for sustainable food production and resource mobilization for zero hunger and
poverty
alleviation in Nigeria and Africa.
Creative Designer
Oluwatosin Akinnagbe is a professional creative graphic designer. She is a graduate of Fine and Applied
Arts, with a major in Graphic Design.
She previously worked as a graphic designer in Proview Advertising and Launch Nigeria.
She has
successfully helped other small enterprises and businesses in creating their brand identity.
She is an advocate for simplicity, clarity and creativity in designs.
Over the years in the design field, she
has deduced that colors, images, motion, sound and text make life beautiful and worthwhile. She also
believes that everything the world ever needs is design-oriented.
Oluwatosin is focused on making the company’s image attractive, relatable and customer friendly. Her
goal for Farmcenta is to project images, works and processes through the unique combination of motion
and designs.
As the creative designer for Farmcenta, she believes that anything can be accomplished through design
and everyday is a chance to improve.
Customer Relations
Emmanuella understands that the key to building a successful business empire is through great
customer service.
Her goal, which is to build a career in the customer service department up to the management level is
one that is already in play as she possesses over 2 years’ working experience in the field.
Emmanuella's communication and listening skills is her forte. Her passion for interacting with
people
and creating long lasting relationships with them spurred her to be a volunteer at Women Impacting
Nigeria (W.I.N), a non-profit organisation whose main focus is catering for the needs of the less
privileged, ensuring gender equality around the country and basically carrying out humanitarian
activities.
She possesses the core attributes that brings about good customer relationships, and plans to put them
to action as our Customer Relations Personnel.
Chief Operations Officer
Adika Daniel is an ardent believer of using tech solutions in addressing farmers need. He believes in
Agricultural
start-ups and Agri-business entrepreneurship as the most sustainable way of poverty alleviation in
Africa and a tool to
transform the African eco system.
Daniel joined farmcenta as one of the first team members who brought over 8 years of experience in
managing small
businesses and developing tech solutions that cut across the various industry of the Eco-System for
SMEs in Nigeria.
In 2016 he was part of the team that developed a tech solution for small business to manage their
Account, CRM and
Intranet, called “Zecore” which is currently known as “Meebol” a platform that enables you build your
own website as a
start-up with little or no experience.
Daniel co-trained a group of young people on Basic Programming, Digital Marketing, Content
Development, and Brand
Concepts development an initiative of E-factor called “1000developers”.
Despite his success in providing solutions to small businesses and his interest in human capacity
building in the area
of tech, his passion for agriculture prompted him to join farmcenta in his desire to “change the
narrative of
agriculture” in Nigeria and also affect positively, the perception of agro-investment; the
opportunities and the
rewards.
Daniel is now focus on building a solution that will connect farmers and other stake holders in the
Agri space to
increase the impact on the value chain process which farmcenta is part of.
Customer Relations
Barbara Chidom is a graduate of Management and Accounting from Enugu State University of
Technology. She is a hardworking individual, who is passionate about her role and continually strives
to
deliver excellent services at all times.
Barbara is a confident communicator, who is open-minded, organised, people-oriented, detail-oriented,
and experienced in customer engagement and retention.
As a Customer Service Executive, she is committed to ensuring quality delivery of service, company
growth, and customer satisfaction while responding to issues and complaints in a highly professional
manner.
Crop Production Manager
Joshua Bolarinwa is a trained Agricultural Economist and a practicing Farm Manager with over five
years of experience.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta where he learnt
first-hand, a worldview of the 21st Century Agricultural Landscape.
He also has Masters in Business Administration (MBA) where he got a chance to further learn modern
trends in business administration which forms the bedrock for a panacea to malpractices in businesses
in Nigeria and the world at large.
Over the years, Joshua has given himself to continuous development in the practice of modern
agriculture, and this has not only earned him membership in revered associations but also
certifications from major stakeholders across the Nigerian Agricultural value chain.
Joshua brings to the table multiple years of experience as a Farm Supervisor, Farm Manager as well as
Business Administrator across both the plant and animal industry. He has graced stages as a speaker
and trainer and he is also a regular contributor on several agricultural platforms.
Joshua believes we all have a role to play in governance, and he has chosen the farm life as his spot.
Through this, he is contributing his quota to eradicating food scarcity while also putting smiles on
the faces of investors.
Finance
Ogunmoroti Anuoluwapo is an accountant who is passionate about figures and keeping record of
transactions to ensure effective and accurate management decisions are made for the growth of the
organization.
She has worked in the finance department of different companies and also as an assistant treasury
officer in a transport and logistics company, where she was involved in other subdivision activities.
She is a graduate of accounting form Yaba College of Technology and a member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
Anuoluwapo is interested in a career that will allow progress in term of skills and experience through
exposure to new idea for professional growth as well as the growth of the organization. Hence, her
decision to join Farmcenta as the accounting officer.
Livestock Operations
Falaye Olusegun is passionate about the development of agricultural process by leveraging on
technology and also the exploration of the untapped opportunities within the Agricultural Value chain.
With Over 4years of experience in Farm managerial and consultancy positions, He has gained valuable
experience in Animal nutrition, Breeding, Meat processing, and Egg hatching while working for
prestigious Farms in the country.
Segun holds a degree in Agriculture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, with a particular focus on
Animal nutrition and reproduction. He is a Graduate of Animal science from the Nigerian Institute of
Animal Science (NIAS).
He is a Registered Agro processor with the Lagos state Appeals project sponsored by the World bank.
Segun is driven by a strong desire to contribute immensely to food sustainability and security in the
country, Hence his decision to join Farmcenta as a Livestock product Manager.
Farm Manager
Customer Service
Joy Ezennajiofor helps businesses improve customer retention, and reduce escalation of customers
issues.
As a Customer Success Executive at Farmcenta, she oversees the Customer Success Department, as well as
development for entry level customer facing roles.
Before joining the Farmcenta Family, Joy launched her professional career as a Sales and Marketing
Executive where she was responsible for maintaining customer relationship, tracking sales data and
developing performance report.
Joy’s love for customer satisfaction prompted her career switch into Customer Service, a role which
was launched at Over the top Entertainment, where she was responsible for issue resolution and
training of entry level agents. Her expertise and commitment towards customer retention awarded her
the best Customer Service Executive on various occasions by the company.
For Joy, helping others is the most rewarding part of the role. Outside the office, Joy enjoys
travelling, natural scenery, cooking and engaging in intellectual conversations.
Sikiru has spent over 30 years of his life building critical work experience and knowledge in
different aspects of
business management. He possesses a rare combination of sound intellect, wide practical industry
experience, solid
consulting background, proven management capability and a flair for solving problems. His areas of
strength include
turnaround management, corporate finance, corporate strategy, and corporate governance. Until March
2019, he was the
Group Chief Finance Officer (GCFO) of the Honeywell Group Limited (Honeywell Group), a conglomerate.
He was responsible for managing corporate reporting, corporate strategy, budget and performance
management, risk
management, internal audit, treasury and corporate finance for all the companies within the Group.
Before his
appointment as Honeywell Group’s GCFO, he was the Managing Director of Honeywell Oil and Gas
Limited, a downstream
petroleum products (white products, fuel oils, lubricants and special products) marketing and
distribution company in
Nigeria. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director of Honeywell Oil and Gas, he was the
Honeywell Group’s Head of
Portfolio Management, advising the shareholders on value optimization in operating companies and
investments.
Honeywell Group’s companies and investments traversed financial, manufacturing, engineering, oil and
gas, real estate,
hospitality, power, marine, telecommunication and forestry sectors. Until joining Honeywell Group in
2015, he was a
manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers‘(Africa) Corporate Finance and Financial Strategy Group. Before
then, he was also the
Head of Financial Advisory Services at Profund Securities Limited.
He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Fellow of the National
Institute of Marketing of
Nigeria, Fellow, Certified Cost and Management Accountant of Nigeria and Associate of the Chartered
Institute of
Taxation of Nigeria. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Council, College of Management and
Information Technology,
American International University, The Gambia.
He has served and is serving on boards and pseudo boards of public and private companies in Nigeria
and overseas.

Azeez is a Senior Partner of Ascension Consulting Services. He has overall responsibility for the
operational excellence
of the firm in delivering services and solutions with passion to the clients. In addition to his
global responsibility,
Azeez has primary responsibility for developing the Global and Nigerian market.
Azeez has acquired proven practical experience over the years in providing sustainable business
solutions to numerous clients in the oil and gas and agricultural sector..
Azeez doubled as a partner and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of saffron Professional Services prior
to leading
Ascension.
Previously, he was a Partner in Ernst & Young for 2 years having worked at Deloitte for same period
before then. He was
in PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 11 years before joining Deloitte.
He was involved in carrying out a range of assignments including Structuring of contract agreements
for maximization of
business opportunities, tax incentives, mergers & acquisition, diversifications and
discontinuations, compliance and
consulting services to companies.
Azeez is a Chartered Tax Practitioner, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria
(CITN), and Fellow of
the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and Member of the Nigeria
Institute of Management
(MNIM).
He holds a Bachelor
Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom. He was a member of the Research
& Technical
Committee of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, a member of the Finance &
General-Purpose Committee,

Abiodun Dominic Odunuga is an astute development practitioner and social entrepreneur. Having
acquired over 8 years of
experience in the field of sustainability, entrepreneurship and international development, Abiodun
has developed and
worked on projects with foremost private sector players including development organizations such as
the World Bank,
European Union, United Nations (UN), Africa Development Bank (AfDB) and The Commonwealth across
Africa and Europe.
He has led various local and international projects in the area of climate change mitigation,
economic empowerment for
women and youths, educational and governance policy frameworks. He has presented papers at various
international
platforms on sustainable development in the United States, Europe and across Africa. A Nigerian
based in Paris, he
brings his wealth of experience in project management, fundraising and business development to
consult for various
International organizations focusing on Africa as it relates to supporting start-ups, and small and
medium scale
enterprises (SMEs).
He holds a Masters in Development Practice (MDP – a multidisciplinary approach towards sustainable
development) degree
from Sciences Po, Paris. He is a Co-Founder of Friends of Nigeria (FON), a diaspora organization
headquartered in France
that fosters socio-economic relations between France and Nigeria. His recent engagements involve
developing strategic
partnerships, fundraising and managing projects for French and other European stakeholders focused
on supporting SMEs
for inclusive development across Africa.
